At Carvin Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
